Term of Services | Do's and Dont's

By purchasing art from me you agree to my Terms of Service; PLEASE READ CAREFULLY if you’re interested in a commission!----- PAYMENTS -----
◆ All payments are due in USD via Preferred MOP. Initial payment of 50% is required after I send the initial sketch.
◆ MOPs:
-- Paypal (international clients only)
-- Gcash/Paymaya/BPI (for locals)◆ Prices listed are base prices, they will increase depending on the complexity of the piece / character design. We can discuss the final pricing before the commission, if needed.
◆ Any cancelled commissions after the first progress update (sketch update not included) may warrant a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee depends on how far into the process I already am at the time of cancellation and the time spent on the piece so far.
◆ Once I start the commission and completed afterwards, you are no longer able to ask for refund. You may request for a refund if I have not delivered my services within the promised TAT period or haven't contacted for a month. But I always make sure to inform you of any delays in delivering the finished product.
◆ Please note, although orders are queued, I work by "First pay, first served" rule. So the earlier you pay the initial payment, the higher your priority is on the queue! There will be an additional payment for rush commissions. (You can ask for ask for my google sheet link to view how far your commission is on the queue)
◆ Turn-around timer won't start until you are able to do initial payment after I send initial sketches.----- COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY -----
◆ My art is mainly PERSONAL NON-PROFIT use. Any plans for commercial use will have additional payment.
> For Branding: 50% of total commission fee.
> For Merchandise: 100% of total commission fee.
◆ You may NOT claim the work as your own. The commissioner can post my art freely. But PLEASE be a decent human being and credit properly who the artist is.
◆ Any commercial usage of my work is OKAY unless my work will be used as:
-- NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens)
-- Any crypto currency----- PROCESS -----
◆ I have every right to refuse a commission.
◆ My work is normally done at 300 dpi around the size of 16x12 inches.
◆ A week of no response for confirmation since the time I send an initial sketch, your commission order will be put to the back of the queue. Thus, lessening the priority of your commission order.
◆ If you had sudden change of mind and wanted to change another character, you are able to do so as long as I have not provided you a colored progress sketch. If you plan to change character after receiving a colored sketch, there'll be a fee depending on how far into the process of current commission.
◆ Please no sudden rushing unless you've specified beforehand that it is needed before a deadline.
◆ Art style will be slightly different from what I offered through improvement and bit of experiment.----- REVISIONS AND UPDATES -----
◆ Upon receiving a sketch, you are able to ask revision before I start painting.
◆ You are only allowed to revise up to 3 times during sketch. So please do revise properly.
◆ Please do not ask for major revisions (such as changing the pose, changing more than half of the body, etc.) after I start with coloring/painting.
◆ If there are designs that I forgot to draw halfway, feel free to tell me. There'll be no extra charges.
◆ I will send any update of the commission progress that are major than minimal changes to avoid spam. For commissions that will take more than 1 week, will have weekly updates instead!
◆ Finished works that are "For Approval" will have a watermark and will be removed once full payment is done.Feel free to ask about something that's not listed below and we can work something out.----- WHAT I CAN DO -----
